Q: I would like Nuri Artwork to commission a bespoke canvas – how long will it take?
A: It can take anything between 1-3 weeks depending on the nature of the artwork. If you need it urgently, please let us know and we will try our best to prioritise your order.
Q: Which sizes are available?
A: We can do anything as small as 7cm x 9cm to anything as big as 100cm x 120 cm. Please let us know what you are after and we can accommodate accordingly.
Q: What are your prices for custom-made artwork?
A: We want our artwork to be accessible to all so are our prices are extremely reasonable. They vary depending on the size and style/design. Please contact us to get a quote for your custom design.
Q: Do you do your artwork/calligraphy on walls directly?
A: We can do - please contact us with further details and we will get back to you.
Q: I have an upcoming charity/fundraiser event - can you donate an item towards it?
A: We will gladly support your noble cause and send you one of our products. Don't worry - we will cover the P&P. Please contact us for further information. (Subject to availability.)
Q: How long will it take for my item(s) to be delivered?
A: If what you are after is in stock, it will take two working days to be delivered once dispatched.
Q: Are my item(s) available for pick-up/collection?
A: If you would like to collect what you have purchased, please inform us at info@nuriartwork.co.uk and we will let you know if this is possible. We will refund the P&P that has been charged at the checkout.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, this option is available. Please select your destination country at checkout.
Q: I would like to cancel my order. What shall I do?
A: If your items have been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel your order. You will have to follow the procedures outlined in our refund policy.
